The National Federation for Personal Safety Ltd (NFPS Ltd.) is a Specialist Provider in the field of Conflict Management with specific expertise and competence in the field of Occupational Physical Skill development, construction, analysis, assessment and delivery. NFPS is an Approved Edexcel Centre for the delivery of BTEC Qualifications and has written specific Customised BTEC Awards in Physical Restraint Practice, Instruction and Coaching that are consistent with NGB standards and the framework provided by the UKCC [United Kingdom Coaching Certificate].
We are an NFPS Licensed Centre, and one of few in the UK who are qualified to offer Edexcel qualifications in the area of Physical Intervention and Personal Safety. Many of our unique behavioural research and training methodologies are evolved from our continuing professional relationships with NFPS national coach tutors, PASS and FES specialists.
NHS SMS is the NHS Security Management Service, with responsibility for all policy and operational matters relating to the management of security in the National Health Service. Dynamis has sent lead trainers to both the Conflict Resolution National Standard and Promoting Safe and Therapeutic Services syllabus familiarisation seminars, allowing our professionals to deliver training to these key benchmark standards.
