This course delivers comprehensive practitioner-level knowledge and skills in a broad continuum of intervention tactics and the related laws and risks which staff must understand to use them appropriately. One of our most popular courses.
In environments where behaviour is more challenging, staff must be able to employ their skills effectively in order to de-escalate, escort, safely hold, restrain, or breakaway from a client - appropriately - in any situation.
